Entweder mit dem Plugin für den IIS: http://www.helicontech.com/isapi_rewrite/

oder man sendet einfach die passenden Header aus z.B. PHP:

header(“HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently”);
header(“Location: http://www.example.com/“);

Ui, sorry. Das weiß ich nicht…

Wichtig ist aber der Teil mit “301″ bzw. “permanent redirect”.
